1. About LogoFunny

LogoFunny (logofunny.com) is a SaaS design tool that helps users create brand-ready logo concepts from text prompts, style preferences, color direction, and optional reference details. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the LogoFunny website and services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Account Use

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@logofunny.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's AI models or infrastructure
• Generate content that is hateful, deceptive, or infringes third-party rights
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service

4. AI-Generated Outputs

LogoFunny uses AI to generate logo concepts based on your inputs. Outputs are generative and may vary. We do not guarantee that any generated logo is unique, novel, or free from similarity to existing logos or trademarks. You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating any output before using it commercially.

5. Commercial Use & Trademark Responsibility

Subject to your plan, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use downloaded logo outputs for personal or commercial purposes. LogoFunny does not guarantee exclusive ownership of any generated logo, nor does it conduct trademark clearance searches. You are responsible for checking trademark availability and consulting a legal professional before using any logo commercially. We make no representations about trademark eligibility.

6. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Refunds

Because LogoFunny provides digital AI-generated outputs and immediate access to Pro features, payments are generally non-refundable once generation credits or features have been used. See our Refund Policy for details on eligible exceptions.

8. Intellectual Property

LogoFunny and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including the underlying AI models, software, and interface. You retain ownership of the text prompts and reference materials you submit. By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited license to process them to deliver the Service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. AI-generated outputs are exploratory and may require professional design refinement for production use.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGOFUNNY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
