General Policy
Because LogoFunny provides digital AI-generated outputs and grants immediate access to Pro features upon subscription, payments are generally non-refundable once generation credits or features have been used.
We believe this is fair given the immediate value delivered — access to premium generation tools, higher limits, and downloadable assets — all of which are consumed digitally and cannot be “returned.”
Eligible Exceptions
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
- Billing error: You were charged an incorrect amount or at the wrong frequency.
- Duplicate charge: Your account was charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Technical issue preventing access: A verified technical problem on our end prevented you from accessing Pro features for a material portion of your billing period.
To request a review, contact us at hello@logofunny.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We will respond within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
